Executive Director
With the upcoming retirement of our Executive Director, South Alabama Land Trust is seeking an inspiring and strategic Executive Director who will lead the next chapter of land conservation success along Alabama’s Gulf Coast. The Executive Director is SALT’s chief executive, strategist, and ambassador and will guide organizational direction, strengthen partnerships, expand conservation outcomes, and ensure operational excellence across all facets of SALT’s work.

Communications Associate
As the Communications Associate for South Alabama Land Trust, you’ll help protect the natural beauty, wildlife, and coastal landscapes that make Alabama’s Gulf Coast such an incredible place to live. This role offers the opportunity to use storytelling, design, social media, and event planning to support SALT’s mission and connect the community to land conservation across coastal Alabama.
