Join us on the water

The South Alabama Land Trust hosts guided paddle trips along local waterways, with guides pointing out ecological highlights, osprey and bald eagle nests, birds and wildlife, and native flora. Trips will include Weeks Bay, Magnolia River, Mobile-Tensaw Delta, Fish River, Dog River, Perch Creek, and Bon Secour River.

On Tuesday, June 22, SALT will host a guided full moon paddle on Bay Minette Basin to watch the sun set and the moon rise. We will meet at Buzbee’s Fish Camp on Highway 225 north of Spanish Fort. There is a $5 launch fee. 

Information for all Guided Paddles: Paddlers should bring their own kayak or canoe, or, rentals will be available for $40/kayak and $50/canoe. To register, complete the form below.
